Thanks to the work of all departments and the participation of those involved in the various processes, each one had its own uniqueness, challenges, and decisions that ultimately gave us such great results that one of them participated and won the Best Logo Design Awards by Design Rush (Newit).
The challenge and great learning experience lay in understanding how each work team operated and what qualities to highlight within the company, while still maintaining brands that felt like part of Bolivar Construction Company. The interesting aspect is that these brands were very contrasting, ultimately reflecting the diversity, multiculturalism, and recognition of a company towards its employees and their work.
