The financial market in Latin America is one of the most demanding in digital terms, and consolidating a solid digital strategy has become a determining factor for competition. Major international brokers do not compete only in regulation or product; they compete in organic positioning, domain authority, educational content, and search engine visibility.
When we began working with Vantage on its LATAM domain, we understood that the challenge was not simply to increase traffic. The challenge was structural: to consolidate its regional expansion through a comprehensive digital strategy that would strengthen its authority, expand its non-branded positioning, and build community in key markets such as Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
Vantage had global recognition, but in Latin America there was a clear opportunity for strategic growth. Domain authority had room for improvement, organic competition was intense, and the potential in educational keywords related to trading had not yet been fully developed.
From Tuatara, as a digital marketing agency, we took on the project under our philosophy of Business Mutualism: to design a strategy in which every action was aligned with sustainable growth and measurable results. Our digital strategy needed to impact both SEO and community, building solid foundations for digital growth in the region.
Mutualism in Action with Vantage
Before executing, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the client’s digital ecosystem. We didn’t start from isolated actions, but from a comprehensive assessment that allowed us to understand the gap versus regional competitors and the opportunities within the financial sector in LATAM.
We then defined a structured approach with three clear objectives: increase the domain’s digital authority, expand positioning beyond branded searches, and consolidate regional presence in strategic countries. In parallel, we designed a plan to strengthen the brand’s educational positioning on social media, understanding that the digital ecosystem had to work as a whole within a single results-driven digital strategy.
From there, we divided the work into two major strategic fronts: SEO with progressive authority building, and Social Media as a positioning and community tool—both integrated within one single digital strategy focused on expansion in LATAM.

Strategic SEO and Regional Authority Building
Building from the Ground Up: January as the Starting Point
In January 2025, the LATAM domain began with an authority score of 10 and an active organic presence, although with significant room for growth compared to competitors that dominated hundreds or thousands of keywords in the region. The challenge was not to start from scratch, but to structure a digital strategy capable of scaling sustainably.
During the first months, we worked on what often goes unseen but defines everything that follows: the technical foundation. We conducted a deep audit, corrected hreflang errors, removed broken links, reorganized the internal architecture, and optimized metadata with a focus on search intent. This phase was key to ensuring the digital strategy had a solid structure, ready to compete in the LATAM financial ecosystem.
The results began to show quickly. In the first quarter, organic clicks grew by more than 100% compared to the starting point. By the second quarter, cumulative growth exceeded 200%, while organic impressions recorded an increase of over 190%.
The technical foundation was ready. From there, the domain not only increased its visibility, but was also prepared to accelerate its regional digital growth under a structured digital strategy focused on expansion in LATAM.
Backlink Strategy: The Turning Point
With the technical structure consolidated, in July 2025 we launched the backlink strategy as a central component of the digital strategy. The goal was not to generate link volume, but to build contextual authority within the Latin American financial ecosystem.
We prioritized specialized investment and trading media outlets and blogs, all in Spanish and optimized for mobile devices, understanding that a large portion of digital consumption in LATAM occurs on mobile. Each link was developed with semantic context aligned to strategic clusters, aiming not only for authority, but also for thematic coherence and reinforcement of expansion in LATAM.
The impact was progressive and clear. Authority increased from 10 in January to 13 in July, then to 16 in August, 19 in September, and 22 in October. By December, the domain reached 34 authority points on its Spanish page. Tripling authority in one year is the result of consistency, quality, and a digital strategy executed with discipline.
This growth not only strengthened the domain in the eyes of search engines, but also expanded its ability to compete for non-branded keywords related to trading platforms, forex, financial tools, and investment education.
Impact on Organic Metrics and Positioning
The annual evolution reflected a structural expansion of organic positioning. Impressions grew by more than 220% throughout the year, consolidating sustained search visibility within the financial ecosystem in LATAM.
Organic clicks recorded increases of over 300% at the highest points of the period, while CTR showed an improvement of nearly 85% at its peak, demonstrating clear progress in relevance, snippet optimization, and alignment with search intent.
Beyond volume, we achieved strategic advances in positioning. Keywords such as “Latam trade” moved from low-competitive positions to ranking within the first pages of search results. Terms like “Broker Latam” and “Calculadora de trading” showed sustained improvements, expanding visibility in non-branded searches and strengthening acquisition at earlier funnel stages through optimized educational content.
Cumulative monthly growth exceeded 120%, confirming that this was not an isolated spike, but a disciplined and progressive process within a digital strategy focused on regional expansion and sustainable digital growth.

Social Media as a Driver of Educational Positioning

While SEO strengthened structural visibility in search engines, we simultaneously worked on building community and educational authority on social media, integrating both fronts within the same digital strategy.
TikTok: Financial Education with a Human Approach
On TikTok, the strategy focused on connecting with an audience interested in trading through a practical and expert-driven approach. We surpassed our follower growth goals during the analyzed period and observed that between 66% and 73% of traffic came from the “For You” section, indicating that the algorithm was favoring the visibility of the content.
We identified that videos related to common trader mistakes, lessons learned after losses, and simple explanations of financial concepts generated higher retention and follower growth. The main audience was concentrated in countries such as Venezuela, Colombia, and Bolivia, with a predominant age range between 25 and 44 years old.
Beyond generating views, the strategy aimed to position Vantage as a trusted source of financial education in LATAM and to reinforce its expansion in LATAM through the social media front.
Instagram: Strengthening Reach and Brand Recognition
On Instagram, we implemented a mixed approach combining organic content and strategic paid media, aligned with regional positioning objectives. Reach grew by more than 65% during the analyzed period, while views increased by over 400%, consolidating greater brand exposure in key LATAM markets.
Community growth showed a sustained trend, with monthly peaks exceeding 20%, reflecting a progressive and consistent audience expansion.
From a strategic perspective, we analyzed format performance and identified that static posts and carousels were generating significantly higher results compared to reels during this period. This insight allowed us to optimize the creative direction, prioritizing formats with greater capacity for reach, engagement, and retention.
The objective was not only to increase followers, but to strengthen brand recognition and educational authority on social media, while SEO consolidated structural traffic within a single comprehensive digital strategy focused on expansion in LATAM.
