USAID is an American institution responsible for distributing the majority of non-military foreign aid, collaborating with recipient countries in economic, agricultural, health, political, and humanitarian areas.
USAID needed a partner to create effective communication through an internal medium like email. This process involved defining a graphic line that highlighted the work and theme of each email, a strategic guide that allowed for condensing the maximum amount of valuable information into a short deliverable like an email, and designing additional materials such as infographics, where the user could find more content about each section of the program. In addition to the construction of these newsletters, training was provided on the use of an external platform to carry out this task.
